Command Prompt
Before the operating systems we use today had graphical interfaces, computers were controlled using text commands. Command prompt was essential to running a computer, and even now that we point and click our way around Windows it can still be very useful. For instance, the PING command is a handy way to test the connectivity of a computer. Try it by going to the command prompt and typing:
ping gettoknowyourpc.blogspot.com
To access the command prompt, go to the Start menu, click run, and type cmd.

Great website you have here but I was curious if you knew of any
message boards that cover the same topics discussed
in this article? I'd really like to be a part of group where I can get feed-back from other knowledgeable individuals that share the same interest. If you have any suggestions, please let me know. Thanks!
